Product: HP Office jet 4500 wireless
I have a Samsung galaxy s7 active phone, the HP printer works fine but my phone will not allow me to print my documents and photos in color, when I go to advanced settings there is no option to do color as well

I see that u are actually using the AiO remote App...Great!.

 

Are you able to print color using other operating system like Windows or Chrome?

Hi,

 

Have your printer ever able to print color after inserting the cartridge?  Please check if the the color cartridge sticker is not removed?

The printer works fine with color other than with my phone , when I go to print something using my phone the dropdown settings for the printer only has the option for black and white

Removing the driver on PC or may be app on phone and reinstall might help as i follow on some cases on the forum...
