Printer has paper, but computer says it is out of paper and won't print from web

I am having trouble getting the computer to recognize that the printer has paper. The printer will print copies that I put in it, but when I want to print from the web, it won't let me do it; it just tells me that the printer is out of paper. I printed a number of pages from the web yesterday with no problem at all. I have an HP Deskjet F2430.

Are you printing a file from a website or a page from a website? Have you tried printing a page from a different website?

i am having the same problem and it is every site and offline also.  after it prints the first test page it becomes a paperweight. i havnt tried scanning but i dont need a copy of a paper i have... i do need a copy of a paper from online, or offline

just did a restore to an earlier date and that fixed the problem.

I was trying to print off some material I had looked up on the web. When I saw what I was trying to print was going to be 40 pages, I did not want to continue printing it, and I did not know how to stop the printing, so I just pulled out my paper from the loader thing. I have since put paper back in the loader, but now my printer will not print anything, and says I am out of paper. I have tried and tried to fix this problem, and I really need to be able to print stuff, so I am pretty frustrated with this. I am a senior citizen and will admit that I am not all that astute with tech stuff. I would certainly appreciate some guidance with my problem. Thank you very much.

I saw someone say to hit "restore", but I do not know where that restore button is. Can someone please tell me? Thanks.

"Out of Paper" shows on my Deskjet4435.  I pulled some paper out and since gives me the "Out ..." even with paper replenished. Printer does not have a  'tools" button.  9 items in queue.

the best i can do for you on the restore is if you have windows.

click the start button

then all programs

the acceseries

then system tools

then system restore

click on a date when the printer was working and then do what the computer says from there.

any other situations about fixing the printer you would be better off asking an hp representative or one of those know it all 16 year olds.
