HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer series

Our Officejet Pro 6835 is not printing color correctly.  Ink cartridges are full and and ran cleaning systems and printing tests.  What else can we do?

Hello, I just came across this thread. I am currently studying for an IT certification. Acording to the resourses I've been using to study. the best course of action is to clean the Printheads of your printer. I found a video about how to clean the printheads, if you need help cleaning them. I hope this helps.

Printheads can become clogged from lack of use, which causes spotty results or missing colors. We show you how to clean both types of printheads with a mixture of water and isopropyl alcohol. If you need to order more ink, visit our website at www.inktechnologies.com
