I have been paying for instant ink for over a year now.  I have never received one single ink cartridge except the initial one.  My printer has run out of ink.  I go online to find out why, and I find that my printer is unenrolled in instant ink.  If my printer is unenrolled, why has my credit card been charged all these months?

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
