I have an Envy 5000 Series and I can't find the option to change the Letter to A4??

Are you trying to print in A4? To help you further with this, let us know the Operating System installed on the device your Printer is connected to.

Hi! Same issue here. Mine is connected to a windows 7, doesn’t show that option.

media options are:

plain paper

hp photo paper

hp matte brochure

hp matte presentation

hp glossy brochure 

Other photo inkjet paper 

Other matte inkjet paper

other glossy Inkjet paper

plain paper, light recycled

 

i don’t seem to figure out what option to use for the cricut sticker paper. The options I’ve used don’t seem to help. It only sound like printing and comes out with Lines
