Ive tried the scan to email but it doesnt work. It says Server Connection Error. Ive already tried changing manually the DNS Server to 8.8.8.8 but nothing. Hope you could help me with this.

Hi,

Try re-registering HP Web Services and check if that may make any difference:

 

On your printer control panel, touch or press the HP ePrint icon.
 
Tap the gear icon to access its settings.
 
Tap Remove Web Services and follow nay prompt to confirm.
 
Next tap Scan > Scan to Email and follow the steps to re-register the app by providing your personal eail address and then the verification code sent to your email.

Hi! Thanks for your reply! Not sure what happened, it's been working perfectly for about a year! Scan to email is one of the important features that i need the most since i dont have a computer and im just using ipad or mobile devices to send docs. Anyway, ive read in one of the threads, suggesting to just use the app. And it perfectly worked! Ive tried everything yesterday, but the one that you suggested, well im quite not sure of doing that kind of procedure since im not a techie one! Im afraid that ill mess up the system! Anyway, thanks!

Removing the web and reinstalling worked for me.  Thank you, I was so frustrated...

I tried this then it said apin has been sent ti your email it never arrived!
