hp scan multiple copies of same photo community forum

1. Scan photo 1 .... save photo, click add new photo (seems to be the only way to get back to the scan page)

2. Scan photo 2 ...

3. Scan photo 3 ...

I save each photo by selecting and saving it. RESULT: I end up with two or three multiples of each photo.

My first attempt I made about nine trips back and forth to the printer, scan, save after the scan - result about 50 photos. I'll say 6 or 7 of the first photo, 5 or 6 of the second, 4 or 5 of the third. 

I did discover an auto split capability when scanning photos. That's pretty cool!
