The HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w Printer does not support HP ePrint, therefore have no Claim code available:

If that's the case, then why are the printers listed here:

Cloud-ready printers – Google Cloud Print

 

And why does HP Smart app also supports the same in setup?

That's a question to Google, the printer doe snot support HP ePrint according to the manufacturer information:

In a gist, I can't print wirelessly unless I'm on the same network as my printer?
