my printer will not print on letter size paper from screenshots, will only print on photo paper.  setting are what they should be.

What program are you using to print from?  I generally capture screenshots with alt-prt sc, then paste the result into Paint to print.

Thanks for the response. Seems like my printer has given up the ghost. Actually has for some reason, the thing has come apart. Will order a new one and see what happens.
