Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

ENABLE HP ACCESS CONTROL 

when I try to get access control it replies back: cannot give access because the server address is not trustworthy. 

I don't understand nothing. Can someone help me please. How can I get it to accept the server address?
