I don't know what happened, but your site is almost unusable. Even skipping a line between sentences is concatenated into a single blob. If I Press Preview, there is no Preview and my typing is lost. There is no html button - where did it go? And where did the markup icon/buttons go too? All gone. If I go to my login space and see if I need to change my Settings, that botton nor any of the bottons in that margin do not work. If you hover over them, there is no URL that shows up. This all started this afternoon, 10/23/2012. What makes it worse, is that I'm trying to install a C6180 printer which has already cost me about 30 man hours and now I have no way to discuss that problem. Very Frustrating.

I noticed that you're using Firefox (15), have you tried posting here with another browser? 

 

I was able to see what you mean about the missing HTML link as well as the other buttons and am still investigating why this is happening for your account.

 

However, I was able to post on your account using both IE 8 and Firefox 16 with the formatting showing up (although the missing button issues are showing in both browsers).

 

We will continue to look into this, thank you for bringing it to our attention.

IE 8.0.6001.18702 tried also and basically the same although I cannot promise I tried every issue. Running XP Pro SP3 NOTE: I'm using IE 8 here and let's see if I get THREE DOUBLE SPACED SENTENCES (!) (still no html button, markup icon/buttons, etc.

So many websites are being degraded to accomodate the inferior graphics capacity of Smart Phones. VERY SAD. Like CD audio quality, which was iffy to begin with, is almost completely replaced by the junk of junk: the MP3. SO MUCH FOR PROGRESS, HUH?

I am having all of the same issues on an XP SP3 machine with IE8 and Google Chrome browser.
