Hello. I bought an HP Envy 13t just this year. For awhile everything was working perfectly. Then, for some reason, I've been having problems where my sound will stop working properly no matter what I'm listening to. It' will get real tinny and quiet like it's only working from 1 speaker and only kind of. Then when I run the HP Support Assistant it doesn't find anything wrong with the audio, but it will repair the audio drivers. Usually this works after 1 or 2 "repairs." I uninstalled all the drivers and deleted the software, then restarted my computer, but that did not work. I have also deleted the Bang & Olufsen audio dashboard. I'm not sure what else to try. I know it's something with the drivers because HP Assist can always fix them eventually. I'd like to have this problem fixed because I paid so much for this computer and rely on it to work properly when I need it to.
Thanks.

I recommend you download and install the audio driver from the below link.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp110001-110500/sp110359.exe
Here is how you need to uninstall the touchpad driver first.
- Type "Device Manager" into the search field to open the device manager console.
- Expand the node audio input and output devices, right-click on each of the device entry, and click Uninstall.
- On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
- When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.
NOTE: On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
