Product: HP 348 G7 Notebook PC (7HC07AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Suddenly the laptop reset with a blue error screen.  Now it has no sound and says that there are no speakers of any kind detected on the device.  I have just ran several windows and hp bios updates, and checked for drivers. Still no sound.
