Hello 
I have a hyper x cloud 2  my laptop is on windows 11 i realised it wasnt working when i was playing fps games i couldnt decide if the sound was coming from behind left front any direction. i updated the drivers their the latest i troubleshooted it didnt detect anything and windows is on the latest update when i go to properties of my device and try to select any format of spatial sound (dolby atmos and windows sonic) it automatically fades away and turnes into off option  i tried everything in the windows forums nothing works.
