Dear HP,

Good day!

I have the following issue:

1- Kindly be noted that once i update the windows,  speakers make noise continuously without playing anything. This is resolved by installing old audio drivers.

Kindly guide why this problem is occuring? is new audio driver not compatible with AUDIO device of my laptop? How long i'll have to face this issue? Why new updated driver is not suitable for audio device? This is not for one update, it's been 6 months and after every update, i have to reinstall old audio driver to avoid this noise.

Kindly Suggest the best solution.

Look forward to hearing from you soon

Thanks

@Eng-Faisal

Please do a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp93001-93500/sp93151.exe

(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.

Regards.
