Audio Issue not get clear audio and very low volume to listen

Thank you for posting your query.

 

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with that  having unclear, low-volume audio can be irritating, especially when you rely on your laptop for work or daily use. 

 

I would request you to please perform the troubleshooting in order to get it fixed.

 

  • Press Win + X → Device Manager
  • In Device Manager, right-click Realtek Audio
  • Right-click Realtek Audio
  • Select Uninstall device
  • If you see “Delete the driver software for this device”, check it
  • Click OK
  • Restart your laptop
  • Windows will reinstall a fresh audio driver automatically.

 

Also, I request you to Run UEFI Hardware Diagnostics for Audio


To run it:

  •  Make sure the mute key is off and increase the volume.
  •  request the cx to use an alternative headset and check if it's working.
  •  Go to UEFI {F2}
  •  Component test
  •  Click on audio
  •  Click on audio playback test
  •  Click on run once.
