Microsoft Windows 11

After Windows 11 was installed on my HP Envy laptop, I no longer have any sound.  I have ran troubleshooting and it states I have no audio input or output hardware on my device.  When going into Device Manager I see nothing listed any longer.  This is not a driver issue as those are there, its the actual speakers and output that is gone.  How can this be fixed?  I have tried so may different things including HP asssistant that runs audio diagnostics and tells me no speakers or microphone are found...yeah no kidding.

The audio inputs and outputs were hidden and I had to click view hidden to make that show.  Still no idea where speakers went.  I also had no Other devices to expand but if you need something else just let me know.  Appreciate any help I can get with this
