Hello!
I started using my laptop in my primary drive with windows 11.
I wanted to seperate my home work and school so i bought another drive replaced the drive and installed windows 10 22h2. After that windows install laptop does not recognize my interal speakers (Not on my w11 or w10) (but before that on w11 everything worked great). I checked drivers reinstalled again tried a bunch of troubleshooting guides and i cant seem to figure it out... Laptop downloads Band & Olufsen Audio Control App but when i try to use the speakers or troubleshoot the problem it says that no speakers are connected to the laptop. Aux port doesnt work aswell but if i connect my bt speakers to my laptop they work no problem... And no internal microphone isnt working aswell just the bluetooth one.
Thanks for all help replies and ideas i really am desperate here..

Install all software & drivers from HP official page.
For PCI Serial Port, usually HP provides it, if not provided, just use this DriverEasy. It can also search for Intel(R) Smart Sound (Intel(R) SST) Audio Controller drivers too, including its Intel SST OED.
