After updating Windows 11, version 24H2 update I have no more audio (Output device says No output found)

How can I fix the issue to get sound back. I checked my audio drives and it says I havw the latest drivers installed.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

I performed the roll back and all is good. I now have my sound back. Thank you for this tip 🙂

The most important thing is to keep checking the Microsoft Update Catalog website to see if there is a newer version of Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology for your device's hardware.
