Hello!

Love some help!

I always use my Apple Airpod Pros with my HP Laptop - I have found that the microphone is too close to the speaker so when I am on video calls - everyone can hear "fan noise" - I have never had a problem with the bluetooth connection, the audio or the microphone...until about 10 days ago...

 

My Airpods were no longer connecting to the computer.  So I disconnected them (forget this device) and re-paired.  Now when it connects it says "Airpods - Find My..." instead of "Airpods"..weird...but I brushed it off, I mean as long as it all works, I don't much care what the name is.....BUT now it says "Connected Music" and no microphone and when connected, the Airpods microphone is not listed as a drop down option.

 

I tried restarting the computer, I tried resetting the airpods...I even tried contacting apple...but because the microphone works with my iphone...not an airpod issue.....

 

Please help!  TIA!
