Microsoft Windows 11

I am using an apple airpods Gen 2, I've been using them for a  while with my HP notebook laptop (Specs: i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB storage) and since then, my audio always doesn't work properly with it, it would just cut audio for a split second, then resume, then cut again repeatedly until it stops for a few secs, then goes again. to stop this I have to keep pressing the volume buttons everytime the audio cut-out keeps happening and it is really annoying, how can I fix this?

Hi @HaVor,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

It must be really frustrating to have your AirPods constantly cutting out while you're trying to enjoy audio on your laptop, especially since it interrupts your experience. I can understand how annoying that must be.

To help figure out what might be causing this issue:

  • Have you noticed if this happens with other Bluetooth devices, or is it only with your AirPods?
  • Does the audio cut out when using specific apps, or is it happening across all audio sources (e.g., videos, music, etc.)?

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
