Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d1 (53F54AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi Support Community,
I recently got this HP Laptop "PC 16-d1"
I am experiencing issues with Audio on Microsoft Teams, and I believe it started after upgrading from Windows 11 21H2 to 22H2.
When starting a 1:1 call or Teams meeting, the Audio doesn't want to work - Built in speakers or headphones.
Only way to fix is to uninstall the audio drivers from device manager and reboot, or to re-install the drivers completely and reboot. It then works for a couple of hours to a day and then breaks again.
Has anyone else experienced this and if you did resolve it, please be so kind to share the resolution.
Thanks in advance!
