Product: HP OMEN, Computer name: LAPTOP-KDF1ENOU, Processor: i7-8750H CPU

I have had a weird crackling sound coming out from the my laptop (HP OMEN 15- KDF1ENOU, Windows 10) for a few months whenever I play something with any audio. I tried to uninstall speaker and then install it again but this issue still here and the volume is TOO LOW that I can't hear anything easily. I did everything but nothing is worked for me. Please help me to get a solution. 
I'm very upset. My exams are knocking at the door, but I can't practice regularly because of the sound issue. 😞
