I have audio crackling after update AMD Driver from AMD Website not from HP. I know how to fix the crackling just change realtek driver to high definition audio but now the B&O play audio control cannot use and the sound quite low. Is there any other solution than that? This is an old problem but until now there has been no desire from HP to fix it.

I hope my post is seen and replied to, not immediately locked without any reason. (the problem is I've already made a post about this but my post has been locked even though the HP staff haven't helped me at all)

I found the solution from Reddit, for those who have a problem like me after updating the AMD driver the speaker immediately experiences a crackling sound, try uninstalling AMD Audio CoProcessor after that restart your laptop then try to check for updates from windows update and listen to the audio to see if the problem is fixed.

for me this problem was fixed by uninstalling the driver.
