Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently was trying to use an android emulator on my PC, but in order to use it, I had to enable Virtualization Technology. I managed to quickly shutdown my PC and use the BIOS to do so. It then requested me to restart the computer. Once the computer was booting up again, I noticed it said that there ws a windows update, so I let the computer do it's thing. However once the notebook was up and running I noticed that it said that there were no audio devices installed. These are the methods I tried:

1) When I went to disable and re-enable the audio device I observed that that entire SECTION in the device manager was nowhere to be seen.

2)When I tried to install the hardware manually (by adding a legacy device), I was hit with an error.

3)Troubleshooting failed to find a problem.

4)I was unable to locate an Intel SST.

I have attatched screenshots of all of these problems. I hope the additional information helps. Thx for the support in advance.Device Manager 02-10-2020 2.18.06 AM.pngDevice Manager 02-10-2020 2.23.54 AM.pngDevice Manager 02-10-2020 2.25.19 AM.pngPlaying Audio 02-10-2020 2.27.06 AM.png
