Audio Doesn't work

Hello everyone,

 

I need some help with this laptop. The outgoing audio doesn't work so others can't hear me. I sent it to HP twice without any luck. Can I get a new laptop or a refund? Does anyone know how to escalate the issue?

 

Any help would be great.
