Hi!

I do not have any sound on my laptop after Windows 11 upgrade.

Can anyone help?

Use HPIA, to update, once the folder is unzipped look for the HPImageAssistant.exe file, run it and see what you need to update.

install the following audio drivers

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp153001-153500/sp153153.exe

Hello again! 😊

 

I`m still having trouble whit my soundcard driver.

When I`m using HIPA it start to work whit sound on speakers, but after som restarts of my computer the driver seems to uninstal itself. 

Do You have any sugestion for solving my problem?
