Hi Guys, i have an issue that my laptop does not support HDMI Audio when i connect it with my TV. I am quite sure the audio driver is outdated. I have tried every method. I have also tried  HP Detect but no luck. I also tried the audio settings for HDMI. Can someone please provide me with the latest audio software for my laptop that supports HDMI Audio. Thank YouAudio.PNG

Hi:

The audio to the HDMI port is provided by the Intel HD graphics driver, which has an HDMI audio driver folder inside the graphics driver folder.

What concerns me is that in your screenshot, the Intel HD audio device should be showing up where you see the Realtek High Def Audio device.

At the top of your device manager window, click on the View tab, and then select the 'Show Hidden Devices' option.

See if the Intel HD audio device shows up then.

If it does, reinstall the W10 Intel graphics driver from your notebook's support page and restart the PC.

We have to get that device to show up an an unhidden device.

Otherwise the sound out of the HDMI port isn't going to work.
