My audio driver is no longer present after using CCleaner. I tried redownloading and getting help from Microsoft, but nothing works.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this works:

 

Go to the device manager.

 

Click to expand the Sound, video and game controllers device manager category.

 

Right click in the Realtek HD audio device and select Uninstall.

 

Check the Uninstall driver box to remove the driver and then restart the PC.

 

Then reinstall the latest audio driver from your notebook's support page:
