I have HP Spectre Folio, but the audio is not working, and I have reinstalled the drivers several times but no chance, this laptop is very thin when I went to laptop repair shop, they said that it is thin we can not open or check it. Also, the touch is not working as well.
The audio is working fine with headphone, but with headphone it is not working at all, need your support and advice?
