Dear HP,
I have the audio issue after updating some new drivers for this laptop. After installing, I've lost my audio.
Some steps i tried,
1. Uninstalled the audio driver and restart.
2. Reinstall the windows 11 or 10.
3. Try to manual install the yellow dot by Reteak driver but blue screens appeared after that.
4. I try to test hardware but everything is ok, I can hear clearly the testing sound.

5. I downloaded HP support assistant and update all drivers but nothing happened.
6. I used bluetooth headphone, it worked normally.
I hope you can help me resolve this problems.

Download the driver > unpack it into a folder with an unpacker like 7-Zip > in the Device Manager > Intel High Definition DSP > Update driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Browse button and select the folder with extracted files from the CAB file > OK > Next > Close
Sometimes a restart is necessary afterwards.

Dear Lachs,
After installing the driver above,
This is the result. The Audio is now working.
I have to choose which line to install. I'm not sure if that line is correct but almost following to your instructions.
Thank you too much. You made my day!
BRs,
Lee.

Same issue with zero sound unless its in test mode, then it works. I did a factory reset, called HP support and they walked me through it, still no sound. If this is an issue caused by Windows 11, then we should not have been made (or strongly suggested) to install it. I can't get my work done like this!!!!

Dear Rhazz,
I'm sorry to hear about your issue like me before. Do you follow these steps in this post?
Go to find Hardware ID then go to MS catalogue website to find the neccessary driver with that hardware ID then install it.
I think each laptop that have its own driver. It happened to me when I tried to install new driver for audio with 3rd software.
BRs,
Lee.
