Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a problem with the microphone of my laptop. When I use it to make video calls or sometimes even without any reason, I hear a painful loud noise and the only way to stop it is to disable the output and input audio devices. Can you help me understand what the cause is and how to solve it?
