- I dont know why this is happening . Since i purchased my laptop . It only happen with zoom application, approximately 1hr later joining the meeting
- All my drivers and system is up to date
- Can i find any solution or is it better to check up with hp service center
- Microphone stops working and speaker starts crackling

I understand that the microphone is not working.
Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the zoom application?
Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -
Step 1 Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant
- In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant.
- Check for updates.
- If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
Please uninstall the audio drivers, then update the chipset driver. Restart the computer and then install the audio drivers.
Also, update the BIOS.
