HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G10 Notebook PC (70A43AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

It sounds clear when listening without any wireless headphones. But when using wireless headphones sounds get cut off. I have tried reinstalling the Realtek Bluetooth driver, but it didn't solve my issue. Please provide a solution. It's an emergency.
There's no issue with my wireless headphones. I have checked in other devices.

Hi, I have HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G10 Notebook PC (8A422EA) and I am dealing with the same issue. Also tried reinstalling BT drivers, even rolling back to previous version, but the issue persisted. Must be caused by some other update.

Bluetooth speaker and earbuds, both work well with my phone but are unusable with the laptop. And regular sound via built-in speaker works.

I don't know why any person from HP is not providing any solution for this problem. This problem seems common in this model.

Since nobody from HP cares, I did some testing and I suspect that AMD drivers are somehow messing with the bluetooth. Rolling back to older GPU drivers seems to have helped, but I need some more time to confirm this as there was still some stuttering (but only before some kind of AMD pop-up requesting my location popped up)

Thanks @ThatJohnS. I will try this one. Please comment here if you get any solution works properly. For now, I'm using an external USB Bluetooth adapter, this works fine. But still face a bit issue when when use microphone.
