- Case Subject: When using ZOOM the sound is distorted when I plug in the power supply. Working from battery works fine. Headphones give the same sound issue. I've run power and sound diagnostics and found no issues

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the audio when on Zoom calls with the charger connected.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp108501-109000/sp108761.exe
