  • Case Subject: When using ZOOM the sound is distorted when I plug in the power supply. Working from battery works fine. Headphones give the same sound issue. I've run power and sound diagnostics and found no issues

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the audio when on Zoom calls with the charger connected.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

Thanks that seems to have fixed it. No sound issues on out Zoom call last night with the mains cable attached 👍👍👍
