I understand you are trying to find the correct audio driver for your HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV) running Windows 11 version 23H2, follow these steps:
Option 1: HP Support Website HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV) Software and Driver
- Visit the HP Support page.
- Enter your laptop’s model number (HP 15s-fq2000 or 2D119AV) in the search bar.
- Select Drivers & Software.
- Choose Windows 11 as your operating system.
- Scroll down to the "Driver-Audio" section and download the latest available Realtek or Conexant audio driver.
Option 2: Device Manager (Automatic Search)
- Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.
- Expand the Sound, video, and game controllers section.
- Right-click your audio device (e.g., Realtek High Definition Audio) and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software. Windows will attempt to find the latest driver compatible with version 23H2.
Option 3: Windows Update
- Go to Settings > Windows Update.
- Check for updates to see if any audio driver updates are provided by Microsoft for version 23H2.
