I am unable to find the amd update for june 24th.  Could you find a link for the driver?  Also, and updates from AMD or HP?

HP Recommended

Earlier this week the 24th June driver was on HP support website. Its a Graphics driver not a sound driver. Sorry i can't post a link as I don't have my laptop with me.

There's a new Sept. 24 display driver available, I've been using that without any issues in Zoom and MS Teams for several days now.

HP Recommended

can someone link the 6/24 driver or even the number for it so we can find it online?

This is the link to the June 24th driver, https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105501-106000/sp105744.exe

I can still see the June 24 driver, are you sure you're clicking on "Previous version" underneath the Sept. 24th driver?

Thanks for that. In case others are struggling to find "previous version" link you have to click on the current driver to expand the details then scroll down.

I've noticed that both the 19th May and 24th June drivers both appear to have same version number "26.20.14052.0 Rev A"? Is that right?

On my sons laptop the installed version was dated 19th May.

I downloaded the 24th June driver to a folder.

Uninstalled the 19th May driver

Installed the 24th June driver

Restarted

Driver version still says 19th May.

Can someone  confirm  that even after installing the 24th June driver it says 19th May in the Device Manager. Thanks.

Yes , device manager says 19th May, but if you look at the file properties for the downloaded file, its digital signatures show 24th June.

I am really pissed ay HP for not acknowledging / notifying of a permanent fix for this.

Thanks for that.

Have just put the 24th June driver on two 15" HP x360 Envy and turned off windows update for a week. My sons have both been struggling with around one crash a day since they started so should be able to confirm if this fix has worked by say the middle of the week. One is using Zoom and the other Teams for online lectures.

I'll report back either way.
