I have been having problems all week with the sound on my laptop cutting out. I paused a video lecture to take notes, when I pressed play there was no sound. I closed the video, reopened and still no sound. I closed it again, checked my speaker settings and there is no audio output or input available and no audio drivers installed. HP support tried to troubleshoot audio no success, laptop ended up freezing then working really slow. I turned the laptop off and it kept turning itself back on, so let the battery run out. Turned it back on and everything was working perfectly for 2-3hrs then the audio driver stopped again, no sound. Tried to restart the laptop and it came up with a blue screen telling me there is an error, I followed hp advice and tried to uninstall the latest updates to my laptop, it worked and sound was going but the video froze and instantly no audio driver again. I don’t know what to do now
