Hi,
I have a problem with the audio driver on my notebook.
The led on the button F6 is always on also if the audio is activated
I have also a problem with the microphone when I connect it with the audio jack. Microphone doesn’t work
i tried to install the new driver form the hp support page but I always see the message: driver do not compatible with the OS,.
My version is Windows 10 64-bit version 1909.
could you send me a link where can I download the audio driver to solve the problem?
Thank you very much

Thank you for the fast solution
I tried to install the driver, the led on the F6 button works but the problem about the audio jack isn’t solved.
When I plug the headphones with microphone, the headphones works but the microphone doesn’t work.
The integrated microphone on the laptop is deactivated when the headphones are plugged.
the integrated microphone is always deactivated with 3pin and 4 pin jack headphones.
is it possible to solve the problem?
If this isn’t possibile could I always use the integrated microphone also when I use headphones?
thank you very much
best regards
Matteo

A built-in microphone will be disabled automatically But need to switch the Audio setting,
Then check going to windows setting microphone is enabled And to check the microphone working voices recorder to check functionality.
