Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I see the solution proposed by wes_notebooks for this issue, but it does not work for my system.  I uninstalled both drivers as instructed and when I click the links to install the new ones it says the drivers are not supported by my version of Win 10.  I've used the virtual assistant to reinstall drivers and I have the same problem--after a few seconds of audio it fades away.  It'll flicker on for a second or two and then fade away again.  From testing my microphone, the same thing seems to be happening with audio output too.  Help!  I need this for an important meeting Tuesday morning!

The driver can probably only be installed from Windows 10 version 1909. Call Windows Update via the settings and update.

I have updated with the latest version of Win10 which is v 2004.

I have tried all the solutions suggested in this forum and nothing works.  My notebook is:

I need help to resolve this ASAP.  I am having trouble in Zoom meetings because this doesn't just disrupt my audio (which could be sidestepped since the headphone jack provides more reliable sound), but it's impacting my mic output so people can't hear me.
