HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 Base Model
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own a HP Elitebook x360 1030 G2 and I have noticed that in the laptop's built-in audio system, the audio from the right speaker is a lot louder than the left speaker and that the audio from, primarily the left speaker, is a bit scratchy/staticky when I raise the volume. how can I solve the issue of the static and imbalanced audio coming from the left speaker? I've looked in the laptop settings and the audio coming from the speakers is the same so I don't know why one sounds louder than the other. and the audio from both speakers sounds a bit off when I have the volume turned up past 85%, it's primarily the left speaker that is causing issues as it has more of that scratchy/staticky sound and begins to have issues with the clarity of the audio when I turn the volume up past 35%, I have no clue as to why the audio coming from the both speaker is sounding staticky, please help.
