Sorry if this has been posted before. This is my first time using this community board. I'm using a relatively new Model 14, solid state drive mostly for personal stuff, but I'm also a musician. Accordingly, I want to record musical stuff on my laptop. Unfortunately, my laptop won't except any audio input on either the headphones plug or the USB ports, like I used to with my old Dell. I've spent lots of money on audio interfaces that are now worthless because my HP won't record audio.

 

Any help would sure be appreciated.

What kind of audio interface are you trying to connect to the device?

If its a microphone that you need help connecting your device to, as an audio input: click here to watch a video on how to fix it.

If its some other device, you may want to check with the device manufacturer for support and compatibility.
