Dear all,

My HP ENVY X 360 15.6 INCH laptop (2021) has een audio issue. De sound from the speakers is going up and down.
I have updated everything but the problem is still not solved.

Please help!

Hi @gardel 

 

go to the device manager, then click on Sound, video and game controllers, uninstall the Realtek driver, it will ask if you want to remove the software, check the box, accept and then restart the device, then install the next sound driver.

I followed your instructions as mentioned and installed the driver in the link you send me.
After restart the sound was perfect on both speakers!
