Hi stidman,

Hp laptops are good compare to other laptop.

Did you check Realtek audio driver through windows optional updates?. Current realtek audio driver version is 6.0.93.......... but new realtek driver version is 6.0.94........, so you have to wait until you received the new drivers.

First you have to always uptodate your hp bios through HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT. Then check the drivers trough hp support assistant and windows optional updates also.

Note : always keep backup your windows before to do updates.
