I have issue with audio on win10. After updating to windows 10 my sound form spekers are very low. Audio driver is downloaded automaticly. On HP website i dont see any audio driver for that notebook model and OS. I can manualy download audio driver for win 7 and the volume of speakers is good but there are some gliches in sound and i.e. sound and video in youtube are not synchronized

That's a good question.

Since I don't work for or represent HP, I can't answer it.

I have a HP 350 G1 business notebook (a cheaper version of yours), and it has the same issue.

There are some Windows 10 drivers on the 350 G1 support page, but no IDT audio driver.

The W8.1 IDT audio driver from my notebook's support page works fine with W10 (v1709), which is why I suggested that you try the one from yours.

HP issued this document regarding W10 support for PC's...If your PC was made prior to August of 2013, it is not supported by HP for W10, and it certainly is not supported for W10 v1709 under any circumstances.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W8.1 IDT audio driver from your notebook's support page.

Install and restart the PC.

This package contains the driver that enables the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
