Audio issues

Hello,

 

Since purchasing my laptop the audio has been extremely quiet (even with everything turned up to the max) and sound only comes from the left hand side of the laptop.

 

I've checked for driver updates but there aren't any, please can you help? The laptop is basically brand new!

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you run the audio troubleshooter and it will automatically find and fix audio issues.

 

Here is how it is done.

 

  - Launch Troubleshooting by typing and clicking “Troubleshooting” in Windows search.

  - Click on "Playing Audio".

  - Follow the on-screen instructions.
