Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eh0000 (9WD46AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I change the volume level it stays the same (quite high) between 1 and 100, while I can't hear anything (as it should be) at level 0. When I use my headphones it all works fine.
I have tried updating the drivers and restoring every setting I could, but nothing has changed.
