Audio not working

Hi, I have a problem.

My audio not work:

But i have installed all drivers on my pc and Windows Update and HP support assistant says no new driver avaible.

Notebook: HP-15-DW2021NL

(1) Download and install BIOS Update

(3) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !

(4) Download and Install/Update
