Hi everyone!

 

I see that my windows has once again updated and once again my audio output is not working.

I had this problem about 2 years ago aswell when my windows updated my laptop would not let sound come out!

When i start up the PC i have about audio output for 3 minutes and then i think it switches and it stops...

I have tried evertyhing the internet says from troubleshooting to trying to update the device, turning of the enchanched even disabling the audio driver... 
Now i have completely removed it from my pc so i could go on the HP site and reinstall it completely but when i go to download it a screen quickly shows up of not being  able to connect...

 

I'm using an Omen 15 laptop!

 

Hope somebody can help!

what is your Omen 15 product number? ex: 15-en0013ax, 15-ek0045tx, etc... maybe someone out there with the same Omen model have the same problem as you and can help...
