Product: HP Laptop 15-da0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is just 2 months old. I did some windows 10 updates day before yesterday. After the update, while I was listening to a song on spotify, the sound suddenly stopped. A red mark with a white cross appears at the bottom right corner in the taskbar. And, when I hover my mouse on the volume icon, it says, "no audio output device is installed." 

I tried to install audio drivers, but it does not seem to work. Please help.
